Get up early and work while the rest of the world is still asleep.
Plan your day with a to-do list and work your way through it in order (don’t cheat and just do the easy stuff)
Skim through your mail and only read the important stuff.
There is no way to outsource this.
Allow yourself 1/2 an hour a day for pleasure surfing on the web.Then switch off your computer.
